Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, this website by anyone else. Content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to RentAnyRV and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Booking Requests

We make every effort to keep trailer listings, availability, and pricing accurate, but information on the website is provided for general reference and may contain errors or change without notice. Submitting a Request to Book through our website is a request, not a confirmed reservation. A booking exists only once we confirm availability and the total price with you directly.

Rates, Deposits & Fees

Rental rates, security deposits, and cleaning fees are as shown on each trailer’s listing. Security deposits are refundable according to the terms stated on that listing, following an inspection of the trailer after it is returned.

Renter Responsibilities

Renters are responsible for any damage to a rented trailer beyond normal wear and tear. To rent from RentAnyRV, you must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. For rentals that are towed rather than delivered, you must provide proof of insurance covering the trailer for the rental period.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms follow the policy stated on the specific listing you book: flexible, moderate, or strict. Please review the cancellation policy on a listing before submitting a booking request.

Delivery & Pickup

Pickup is available at our lot in Princeton, TX. When delivery is offered for a listing, it is quoted separately based on distance and confirmed before your booking is finalized.

Listing Your Trailer

Submitting the List Your Trailer form is a request to list your trailer with RentAnyRV, not an agreement to list it. Trailers are listed only after we complete an inspection and you sign a listing agreement with us. Owner payouts and the revenue split between you and RentAnyRV are defined in that listing agreement, not in these Terms.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text (SMS/MMS) messages from RentAnyRV at the number you provide. These messaging terms are part of these Terms of Service and supplement our Privacy Policy.

• Program description. Messages may include customer-care and conversational replies, responses to your Request to Book or List Your Trailer submissions, booking status updates, pickup or delivery reminders, and information about trailers you have requested.
• Consent. You opt in by submitting your mobile number through our website, by texting us first, or by giving us your number in person, by phone, or in writing and agreeing to receive texts. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking a rental or listing your trailer with us.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
• Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
• Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (214) 945-4915 or rentals@rentanyrv.com.
• Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier and is not guaranteed.
• Privacy. No mobile information, including your phone number and SMS consent, will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Our website may link to third-party websites and services (such as our affiliated brands or delivery partners). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as required by applicable law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The condition of a specific trailer, and the terms of a specific booking or listing, are governed solely by the listing itself and any agreement confirming that booking or listing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RentAnyRV and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your reliance on any information on the website.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RentAnyRV from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above. Your continued use of the Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
